SBO speech

once again.........
i need your help.
below is my SBO speech, i want you to tell me what you think about it, ok?
i have to present it tomorrow.

Hi, I’m Taylor and I’m running for 7^th Grade SBR so I can represent how awesome we all are at Cook Elementary when we go on to Syracuse Jr High. Since some of you might not know me yet, let me tell you a bit about myself. When looking at the world and trying to make sense of it all, I often follow the WWCND rule. The “What would Chuck Norris Do?” Rule.

WWCND can be very useful in life. For example, if faced with a decision on what doors to use at Syracuse JR High, I would ask, “WWCND?” They answer is, “Chuck Norris’ house has no doors, only walls that he walks through.”

Just like Chuck, I will walk through walls for you in the 7^th grade.

Or how about, when wondering what book to read and study for a book report, I ask myself WWCND? The answer is

Chuck Norris doesn't read books. He stares them down until he gets the information he wants.

Just like Chuck Norris, I will stare down the issues until I get the information you want and need from your student body representative.

When the lunch lady tells me “we don’t serve lasagna” but I really have a craving for it, I ask myself WWCND? The answer is

Chuck Norris ordered a Big Mac at Burger King, and got one.

Just like Chuck Norris, I will work to make the impossible happen at SJH.

When having trouble researching a science fair topic online, the first thing I think is WWCND? The answer is

Google won't search for Chuck Norris because it knows you don't find Chuck Norris, he finds you.

Just like Chuck Norris, I will look out for and watch over all the 7^th graders at SJH as a SBR.

And finally, when facing the situation of what the correct answers are for a mid-term exam, I would ask myself WWCND? The answer is:

Chuck Norris got a perfect score on all his tests, simply by writing Chuck Norris for every answer.

So on Thursday when you go to Vote for SBR ask yourself WWCND?, vote for Taylor ‘cause that what Chuck Norris would do. Thank you.

i was just checking out the newest post on my moms blog, and there is comments from "anonymous" people on it!
I think its awesome that people think that moms funny, and comment on her blog, and pass it along through emails.
mom has something called statcounter, and on that she can track when, where, and how people come to her blog.
she has hits from france, germany, austrailia, canada, new york..............
anyway
she has hits from all over.

my "flattered" moment for the day:
today, we found out who was going to be moving on to the next round for SBO. When all my friends found out (the ones in my class that are mostly boys) they started chanting:
CELLA
CELLA
CELLA
CELLA!

i just had to brag about that.

Self defense

in young womens for the 9th ward, we are learning self defense.

My mom decided i needed to learn, so i got to come along.

IT WAS SO FUN!

unfortunatly, I couldn't get very much practice, because my partner was taylor norman.
And well, Normans kinda........ small.

so mainly, it was her beating ME up.

so, i decided to practice on my mom.

does anyone agree with me that the outfits on dancing with the stars are really revealing?


My brother and I were watching it last night, and noah said:
"tay, why are they wearing those clothes?"

I just had to admire my little brother for saying that.

oh sure, sometimes he is really annoying.
but he has his moments!

taking a moment to reflect on my day.......

so, i came home from school and decided to take a moment to think about what i learned today.
heres what i found out:

1. the teachers in cook look really, really, really weird wearing togas.

2. same goes for the kids.

3. and our team, really, really, really sucks at mini-greek olympics.

thats our "spirit" chant for the greek olympics.
we were assigned blue-athens.

in case your confused, alpha means leader. no, im not a walking dictionary, i actually found that out while reading eclipse.

Draper temple tour

so, on friday i went to the temple with my grandpa, noah, and jenna.
it was amazing.
seriously, the feeling i had was just awesome.
my hair could be on fire, and my shoes could have been 3 sizes too small, and i wouldn't have cared. if you haven't been there yet, you really need too, cuz its awesome.
also, im going to the dedication next sunday.

so, more next week!

i mean really, dont we already have enough pregnant girls in the world???

and it also didn't help that my BFF Norman (taylor) was sitting next to me jumping up and down so she could answer every question. (oh, and most of the time, she got them wrong. haha!)

do they just want us to be tramatized?

but i do know this:

i am NEVER letting my kids go to maturation.

yesterday i find out that my "best friend" has been talking trash about me behind my back, that my other friend hates me and my bffs, and that someone put a note on jacob wakefeild (who the heck is he???) saying:

then, i get this email from my friend saying:
hey do you like eric o'reiley, cuz braden (grr!!!!) says that you asked him out and he said no.


WHO IS STARTING THESE STUPID RUMORS???!!!!!

is it some friend who thinks im mean to them?
is it some boy trying to get me in trouble??

i dont know!!!

let me tell you, i try VERY hard not to make enemies.
i try to be nice to everyone, and only make friends.

STUPID 6TH GRADE!

D.A.R.E

today was beer goggles/ go carts in dare.

it was hillarious!!!

you put these goggles one, and there is 2 of everything, so while your trying to get on the go cart, you have to figure out which one is the REAL one, and usually fall on your butt while trying to do so.
then, they unleash you onto the go cart "track" .
so, while trying not to fall off of the go cart, you also have to try and figure out which cone is which, and try not to run over them.

seriously, it was fun.
hard, sickining, and even a little scary, but fun.

Zachary!

zach is the cutest baby ever.

right now we are watching seasame street. now its on elmos world, and you know when he sings?

he goes:
la la laaa la la la elmos world.
you know?

So when it came to the la la part, zach actually started singing!!! Of course, he was WAY off tune, but you have to admit it was cute.

i just thought i would share.

Dr. Suess day

today was dr. suess (or however you spell it!) day.
at bluff ridge, this wasn't really a big thing, we didn't dress up, we didn't skip tests because of it. (cook does!!!)
really, all we did to "celebrate" was eat "green eggs and ham" (ew)
but at cook, EVERYONE dresses up, we skip tests, and we have pudding and treats.
ITS AWESOME!
i was lunch server, so i got to see everyones costumes.
and the winners are:
1st. this girl was awesome. she had on this red velvet dress, and her hair was just like cindy loo who on the newest grinch movie. it was soooooooooooooo cute!!!
2nd. hueston. he had on these green and blue-striped pajamas. he said he was a who. it was pretty cool.
3rd. paige. normans little sister, she had on white tights, a red shirt, and this puffy blue skirt.
it was SO cute!

ya, so that was dr suess day!
